From the belief that "cuisine is a bridge of culture," Halise Cuisine was born as a vibrant painting of traditional culinary art. We honor the original value of the lotus—a symbol of purity—through dishes that balance nutrition and harmonize yin and yang.
Nestled in the Che Beo Valley—surrounded by limestone mountains and natural lotus lakes—Halise Home emerges like an ink painting with traditional Northern Vietnamese thatched roofs. The space blends traditional architecture with the pristine beauty of nature.
With 14 open-design rooms that welcome sunlight and breeze while facing the mountains, Halise offers a relaxing and intimate atmosphere. A special highlight is the poetic white lotus pond—where guests can unwind with bell meditation, tea meditation, gentle yoga, and enjoy lotus leaf tea to restore energy and balance the body.
The open, mountain-facing space creates a multi-sensory dining experience. Halise Cuisine serves: elegant banquets for up to 200 guests, refined royal tea parties, and flavorful meals rich in the heritage of the ancient capital.

Halise Garden is a space where sustainable agriculture meets refined experiential tourism. Taking advantage of Ninh Binh's fertile soil, the garden cultivates native plants such as lotus, Yen Tu yellow apricot, and various seasonal fruit trees.
Taking advantage of the abundant, nutrient-rich lotus resources of Hoa Lu, Halise offers a unique line of teas, especially the fermented lotus leaf tea "Thanh Xuan." More than just an elegant beverage, lotus leaf tea also supports health improvement and brings peace to its users.
Halise Tea is committed to enhancing the value of local ingredients and contributing to the improvement of local people's lives. Each cup of tea blends natural freshness with delicate aroma, offering a truly authentic Vietnamese tea experience.
